What Is The Best Diet For Weight Loss?


I am over weight again and for my new year resolution I forced to try and loose weight. Well, I have found a diet that is suitable for me. It is called the Cambridge Diet.

I have been on this diet for 3 days so far. It consist of having 3 meals a day for the first two weeks using their own food. This is milk shakes and soups along with biscuit bars later in the diet. The first two weeks I will be having 3 meals – 1 shake in the morning and lunch a soup and dinner a soup. These meals have all the vitamins and food that a person needs so the diet is completely safe to do. This way of dieting has been around for many years and it has been approved by Doctors. So far, it is working, because I have lost 4 pounds in 3 days. The only side effects are headaches and tiredness and feeling crap, but this only happens on the second and third day. (I am on the third day and I am already feeling great). This means that the diet is working as all the toxins in your body are flushing out of your system. Also, you have to drink 3 liters of water a day (10 glasses). This will help to stop the hunger and it definitely does work. If you can not do the diet like this, then you can prepare yourself for a few days before eating some salad / vegetables or chicken or both for an evening meal. Do this for two days and then gradually cut down by just having a salad on the third day. Do not put salad dressing or oil on it only vinegar and salt is allowed. After the fourth day you will be okay to do the meals only so you can loose more weight. Doing this prepares you for the two weeks of soul source eating.

Also, you can have black coffee or tea with no milk or sugar only sweetener tablets are allowed.

After two weeks you will add small amounts of food, such as salad, vegetables, chicken or red meat. I can not wait to get to this part.

I do not have to do this diet alone, because I have a counselor / health nurse who sees me once a week and weights and measures me. She will advise me every week and help me to get through the diet. Plus, I buy my food from her too.

RECOMMENDATION

It is a fairly good diet for losing weight, especially if you have more than two stone to loose. I would recommend it, because once you feel it is working you will begin to feel great.
