• 236 calories one serving
• 6 g of protein
• 10 g of fat
• 2 g of saturated fat
• 33 g of carbohydrates
• 3g of fiber
• 0.5 g of salt
Here are the ingredients you need to make these beautiful, interesting and delicious meal.
• 800 g of your favorite potatoes (I recommend Maris Piper)
• 1 tablespoon of groundnut oil
• 40 g of salted peanuts
• 40 g of smoky bacon crisps
Now let's get to the good part and stop the cooking!
Peel your favorite potatoes safely; making sure you cut them into 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch chips. Once finished with the cutting, rinse the chipped potatoes under the cold tap thoroughly and proceed to dry them on a clean tea towel. Please make sure you dry them well.
Once you have finished drying your chips place them inside the low-fat electric fryer and drizzle the oil evenly over your chips. Once the oil is placed, proceed to cook them for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, while your chips are cooking, take your peanuts and crisps and place them into a blender or food processor. Blend them until combined and finely crushed. You should be aiming for consistency close to that of coarse breadcrumbs.
Take your blended mixture and sprinkle evenly all over the chips inside the low-fat fryer. Proceed to cook for a further five minutes or until the chips are cooked. Serve immediately and enjoy this great tasting dish!
Low-fat electric friars make it considerably easier to cook simple dishes such as this wonderful recipe in record breaking time. These friars minimize safety secrets and promote healthy living. You are able to get them relatively cheap, so can you afford not to have one?
